“Our warmest greetings to the officers and members of the Philippine-Qatar Trade Initiative as you embark on a Philippine Trade Mission to Qatar on 22-26 November 2015. We welcome the prospect of expanding economic ties with emerging trade partners like Qatar. The mission is anticipated to positively contribute to the achievement of the two countries’ common goal of enhancing collaborative engagements, especially in the area of trade. It is my fervent hope that the Philippine Qatar Initiative will have a most productive visit. I am certain this will further strengthen economic relations between the Philippines and Qatar. Mabuhay!
